This was my 3rd time staying at this property and I'll probably won't stay here anymore. The TV didn't work and the toilet ran if the handle wasn't propped under the lid.

Very disappointed with my stay here. When I showed up there was a police cruiser in front off the lobby and a cop at the checkin desk because there had been a “situation”. Then I checked into my room and the sheets looked like they had bugs in them, upon closer inspection it wasn’t but there was a bunch of weird dark little lint like material all over the sheets. Looked like maybe they had been slept in already and not cleaned. Also there were not enough sheets or blankets to be comfortably warm so I had to fold the sheets in half to double them up to be comfortable. In the morning the Hot water didn’t come for about 3 minutes and the shower gel and shampoo were both empty. It was also super noisy there, I’m a heavy sleeper and I woke up multiple times throughout the night. Some of it was from planes which is understandable but a lot of noise in the hallways, etc as well. If I wasn’t there to catch some quick sleep on a layover I would have complained and asked for a differnt room or a refund and gone somewhere else , but I literally had only 7 hours from check in to check out before my next flight. I guess as the saying goes “you get what you pay for”. The only good thing I will say about this place is the girl working the front desk was really kind and pleasant and I was pleased with her service. 5 stars for her. 1 star for the property.

This unit is perfect for the short stay. The rooms are clean. Not all rooms have a fridge but the rooms are comfortably sized. There are no tubs just showers and lotion, soap, and shampoo are included. They have breakfast which is great if you are on a budget. The hotel looks like they have been recently taken over and still working on the building.

During my visit, I paid an early check-in fee of $30 to access my room early. However, upon entering Room 229, I encountered several issues: • The TV was blaring, and the remote didn’t work. • A staff member brought new batteries, but the remote still didn’t function. Even after replacing the remote, it still wouldn’t work, so the TV had to be unplugged. • None of the room lights were functioning, and I was informed that maintenance would come to fix them, but after hours of waiting, no one arrived or was able to help. • After expressing my concerns, I was moved to Room 238, which was better but had an AC leak. These issues caused unnecessary stress, confusion, and inconvenience. Due to these circumstances, I was promised a full refund, and never received it. I checked back in a few weeks after my stay and they stated they don’t give refunds after promising they would.

I was charged a five dollar frivolous charge for a so say "stained" towel. The front desk lady went check the room then made this claim. Ok so now she has a PHD in stains right 🤔 How can she prove it was stained without it being washed. Also she had no photo of what she was speaking of and then gonna tell me to write on the receipt that I was charged this five dollars. Why she didn't write the charge ? How many times does she try to collect I have stayed at this location numerous times and NEVER had this issue. I do not appreciate it and will NOT return. It's straight up LUDICROUS! Request a REFUND

I didn't like, because when i arrive to hotel I asked the reception if can check if the room was paid on advance but she was on a phone video call and didn't put attention and charge me again the room that was already charged by expedia.ca. at my friend credit card. I try to get the paymen but was impossible. I paid double for a room that wasn't good at all.

Would not refund money, late because of traffic. Re-booked, heat not working, aircraft every 1 minute but got used to it. No control of noise in the hallway, yelling from 9:30 pm to 11pm. Yelling started at 5:30 am till 8.

I did not have a good stay at this hotel. I checked in at 2am due to a delayed plane. I had to ring the bell twice and knock on the door to get in. I had three room changes due to broken TV's, plugs not working, before I finally checked out early. I found a dead cockroach on the floor. That was the last straw. The breakfast leaves a lot to desire. No orange juice only Sunny Delight.

The shuttle bus and breakfast services are very poor. If these services operate within specific time frames, the hotel should clearly indicate the timings on Expedia to ensure guests are informed and can determine if they will be able to use these services when making a booking.
