Wedding weekend
We stayed at the property for my brothers wedding weekend. The house was very clean and nice. Polina was very accommodating and attentive. The location was great and easy to get everywhere. I would definitely recommend this house to anyone looking for a place in the woodlands.

The house was nice and big. The beds were comfortable. All the appliances worked. Stocked with extra nice amenities. There were some areas that needed more attention with cleaniness. The outside grounds need some tending to. The property is located to a near by a park and nice walking trails. Overall, it was a satisfactory stay.

Good stay
We stayed in the Woodlands for 1 week. The home’s location was excellent. Close to walking trails, 2 parks, pond, and neighborhood swimming pool. There was a swing in the front yard for the kids. Beds were comfortable and the home had a nice layout. Communication with owner was good. They even bought a pack n play for the property for our 1 year old. The upstairs had 3 bedrooms and a bathroom with a master en-suite and guest bath on the first floor. The property’s second floor banisters were wide enough for our 1 and 3 year old to fit through so we had to keep an eye on them. Besides sleeping the kids were on the first floor during the stay and the property provided a baby gate to keep kids off stairs. I brought child door locks to keep the kids in their 2nd floor rooms at night.

A great place in a great neighborhood!
We stayed here 6/1-4. We came in from PA for a family wedding. The communication from the host was great. The house is great, very spacious and we immaculately clean, It sits in a great neighborhood. There is a bike path very close to the house that is great and you can walk or bike for miles if you wanted to. The beds were very comfortable and the towels plush. For those needing 1st floor accommodations, there is a master on the 1st floor with it's own bath and there is a 1/2 bath there for everyone to use as well. There is a nice deck out back with a table, chairs and even a hammock. Part of the deck is covered so you have the option of getting some sun or chilling in the shade. The house is also a very short distance from EVERYTHING! Drug stores, grocery, shops and about any kind of restaurant you could imagine. I will stay here again if I come into town with my family and I would recommend this property to anyone coming to the area. Thank you for a great stay!

Stayed for a concert nearby at the Pavilion with family and a pet. Home fit all the beads and was in a great location and about 10 minutes or less away from all attractions. Host was very responsive and communicated well.

Beautiful home that could accommodate a large family. The back yard is not really good for pets as there is no grass and is very small. We did enjoy our stay though!
