We had a fabulous stay! The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking big meals - plenty of plates, cups and silverware. So nice to have basic supplies of paper products, spices, oils, coffee, tea, etc. The pool is a necessity in Texas and we loved soaking the days away. Excellent communication skills with the host!

Houston Visit with grandparents living nearby
This was such a great ‘home base’ for our visit with my parents. My husband and I and 5 kids-3,6,7,10 and 20 stayed 5 nights and this home was just what we needed. The location was convenient and nearby many great restaurants and stores. The pool was just right and the kids really enjoyed swimming and playing. Excellent Location
We were visiting our daughter for Thanksgiving and this home was directly across from her apartment complex. We had no problems checking in and the host, Reagan, was very good about addressing our concerns. There are some great restaurants within a five minute walk and downtown is just a 10 minute drive away.

Great rental
My family came to Houston for the Taylor Swift concert and stayed at this rental. The home is well decorated with 3 floors and a pool. There is a bedroom on each floor and there are several balconies, at least one on each floor. The beds were very comfortable. The location is amazing with several restaurants and shops working walking distance. We would definitely stay here again.

Exceptional Experience
Reagan is definitely a super host. From communication to customer service. The location was beautiful, clean, spacious, and homey. I would book again and highly recommend this property to couples or families. The bedrooms are on separate floors with private bathrooms so you don't feel like you're on top of the other guests but the living rooms are a cozy place to get together.

Perfect location!
This house is amazing! Very clean and very well stocked. We literally just brought some snacks and drinks. Everything else we needed was already in the house. There are 3 restaurants across the street (maybe a minute walk) and there are more that are probably about a 5 minute walk. Reagan is the absolute best host. Even though we didn’t have any problems she checked several times to make sure everything was going well. We are already planning to return next year!

Houston Rodeo for City Boys !!
The pictures shown do not give justice to this property !! When you walk into the property !! High Ceilings, a Master-bedroom on each floor, comfortable Beds. Balconies on each level, everything you need to cook your meals, including even spices which I know sounds silly, but just means you don’t have to purchase. Lol !! … plenty of parking and even a clothes washer and dryer that includes all your soap so if you need to wash anything you are covered. The Pool was great to have, we were in it everyday of our stay. Such a great location. Walking distance to a great Sushi place as well as other good Restaurants. The Rodeo was at the NGR Stadium which is only about 15-20 mins away. Downtown minutes away. A great Mexican restaurant called “Under the Volcano” a must. Reagan, was so helpful and always responsive as well as giving us info about the area, she’s great !!! I do look forward to staying there again. Hopefully the same time next year for the Rodeo……. Perfect Place to stay for our family's Houston Wedding!
This house was perfect for my family to stay for our son's wedding. The 3 levels of the house w/ 3 bedroom suites were perfect. The best man (older brother) & his wife were very comfortable in the 3rd floor bedroom and enjoyed the extra living room space up on the 3rd floor. Grandma enjoyed being in the 2nd floor bedroom and on the same floor as the main living room space, kitchen, and dining room. Mother/Father of the groom occupied the 1st floor suite. The bedrooms were all quite spacious & the whole house was exceptionally clean. The 2-car garage was perfect for us as we did have 2 rental cars for our group. The kitchen is on the small side, but very nice. The fridge is huge, the coffee machine was enjoyed daily, nice dishwasher & stove. The microwave looked new. We never used the oven. Plenty of pots, pans, dishes, etc. The dining room had the best table - large and solid and a wonderful place to come together for meals for the week we were at the house. The table was also used to finish up some wedding favor crafts and game nights. Bonus: the pool was a big hit! We ended up carving out "pool time" almost every day - which I didn't really expect. The location of the house was absolutely perfect. The wedding, rehearsal, groom's house were all quite close. The reception was downtown and easily accessible from the house. Now that son is married and living in Houston, I expect to be visiting in the future and would stay here again with no hesitation.

Awesome Rental in a Great Neighborhood
7 friends stayed for a long weekend to take in a football game at NRG Stadium. The house is perfectly located only 15 minutes from the stadium and in a great neighborhood with many restaurants and bars nearby. The house itself is plenty big for 5-8 adults plus kids. The pool, which got a lot of sun, was a great perk. Host was responsive and helpful. I would recommend this rental for groups of friends and families.
