They weren't able to find my reservation, almost trying to blame me for booking it for the wrong date or location. I checked emails, receipts, and bank account and all showed I booked the right location and I was already charged for it. He kept wanting to see proof, which I provided, then he "found" the reservation. Proceeded to send me to a room with only one bed, which was incorrect . I called front office and told him that I booked two beds and he said I was wrong. I read him what the receipt said and after insisting, he finally agreed to give me two beds. When he met me in the wrong room to give me new keys, he requested to see my reservation again, then blamed Expedia for the mistake.
