We purchased the Villa for one night due to a flight cancellation, tried phoning multiple times and messaging before check in closed but no one would answer the phone. "I really don't know where to start regarding this property. I'll start by saying BEWARE! It is located in, what looks like, a poor community. Upon arriving I witnessed a guy on a bicycle at one of the other houses making an exchange through the fence. I honestly believe it was a drug transaction. It felt extremely unsafe, the neighborhood is NOT being updated, this property is the single & only home that has been renovated. "Light fell out of ceiling, shower didn’t drain, positive Covid text strip found under bed toilet seat broken dryer never heated didnt fix things. Doorbell broken only 2 towels person for a week stay with broken dryer left a day early and got hotel. Says golf and lake access which isn’t true. Warmer drawer not attached dishwasher not mounted. Very unresponsive. Would not ever recommend. And heard neighborhoood association dosnt even allow VRBO rentals"
