"Friendly staff but disappointed overall. There was a large window with new curtains and carpet. There was a new toilet, sink and radiator in the bathroom. But it was small and the shower itself let the place down. They have overlooked some of the basics including decent beds without headboard and gap at the end to lose your pillows.Filling the kettle at the sink was near impossible as it didn’t fit under the tap."

"Previous occupants shower accessories left in shower...sofas dipped, bed had a big dip in it...thankfully one of our party didn't come or they would have been on a sofa bed. Breakfast didn't turn up, holding deposit had to be chased."

"The hotel was fine, but just fine. We waited for 15 at check in as there was only person on the reception desk on New Years Eve. The lift didn't work, nor had it 6 months earlier when friends stayed there. And the WiFi didn't work on the 4th floor. That said the room was good sized, clean and comfortable."
