"It was a great room, well appointed & in a lovely location. Issues such as holes in window screens & chipped paintwork detracted from the quality of the accommodation. The pool was closed even though it was almost summer. A cool dip would’ve been great. However, there was much to be grateful for, Thanks."

"The house is great for large groups - we were a group of two extended families and the property was perfect for the kids to run around. The house itself could have been cleaner and we were disappointed by the small number of utensils provided - there should be at least enough forks and knives for the number of guests staying (I think we had 12 forks total for our group of 14 and there are a total of about 17 beds). Also the pots and pans were all almost unusable - the non stick coating was grimy...

The BBQ was old, tired looking and not as clean as we would have liked so we chose not to use it, also the outdoor area was covered in cobwebs. Apart from this we had an enjoyable stay and would recommend this property"

"We understand that we need to bring some sheets and towels for this journey. However, we found that some of the beds did not have quilt covers, which was disappointing. Additionally, the freezer cabinet in the front house was full, leaving us with no space to store our frozen food. This required us to walk back and forth between the front and back houses, causing some inconvenience. Other than these issues, everything else was fine. "

"Plough Cottage was well equipped and there were plenty of warm blankets/doonas and electric blankets for the beds. The bunk bed room was large and big enough for four to share. The afternoon sun was lovely on the porch and overall it was a really relaxing time. Our Vodafone mobile service did not...

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Amenities were in abundance and the ability to sign in to the TV with our own subscriptions was a bonus. As was the coffee machine i had not expected to be there! It was awesome finding a property where we could comfortably fit the whole family (1 cat, 1 dog, 2 kids, 2 adults!) and a great location!"
