Balcony was very small but could stand to see the sunrise and sunset. Perfect no frills hotel in Hua Hin. Great location, no breakfast. Lovely staff.

On a quiet little side soi but you are in the action in less than 5 minutes walk. It is a little challenging to find breakfast spots if you are an early riser (early being before 9am).

Great hotel for a nice price
The hotel has great motorbike covered parking. Reception is clean and friendly. The deluxe room with balcony is fresh and comfortable. I needed an airport taxi at 2am and the lovely staff at the entrant desk took care of it for me.

Average property in central Hua Hin. Close to local food and massage shops. Beach is a ten minute walk. Mini bus to Bangkok is nearby, several options available. Train station about fifteen minute walk. Good value but I would spend a little more and stay in a better hotel.

Good room size, clean and comfortable with sea view looking out from windows. Counter staff are friendly and speaks English, Location within 10 minutes walking distance to night market. The most important thing that I look into a Hotel is cleanliness, friendly stuff and basic facilities. This hotel have fulfilled the criteria that I've looked into. Besides, the location is so convenient that 3mins away from the hotel I get my 7eleven store and when I'm tired I get to walk to the foot massage shop. Overall, a highly recommend hotel if there is anyone who wish to travel to Hua Hin.
