Ok for a night but needs maintenance

The hotel is by the beach, which is why we booked it. The beach itself is not swimmable but that was expected. The problem is that nothing was well maintained. The pool bed were very dirty and couldn’t be used. We used the pool and couldn’t lay down as the mattresses were very dirty. It’s a pity as the hotel has potential. It just needs a lot better maintenance.

Fair value hotel on the beach

Only 1 option for meals, in the hotel restaurant since nothing around. Big clean pool, nice villas, super extremely quiet. 4 Thai TV channels only, so bring lots of books, and things to do.

Disappointing experience

This hotel is like cared in a remote area on the beach. Beach is very dirty and sea water is dark as if some drain is near by. We saw many dead big Jelly fish on the beat. Breakfast was very ordinary. There is nothing to do except visit near by places or use swimming pool. Staff was courteous. Not many guest in the hotel. Secondary breakfast was on order as there were no guest in n the hotel May be one or two more room occupied. On the whole very disappointing experience. I think this entire beach area is not suitable for swimming because of jellyfish and not so bleak water.

Stay here for much needed R&R-very remote

Went to Kui Buri to check out the Elephant safari but local transportation was exceedingly expensive so we decided to stay local, however there was little to do outside the hotel. No taxi or "Grab" (similar to Uber). No bicycles or motorbikes to rent and there were no sidewalks. VERY REMOTE. The staff at the hotel was VERY helpful, and we had the place to ourselves during the day-an infinity pool and beach-what started out as a curse turned out being a blessing. So friendly!!

A Happy New Year Stay

This was the new year and so not typical. Lots of Thai families, but quiet. Great pool area and restaurant next to it, all by the sea. The sea is not so good for swimming so generally people are in the pool. A few other hotels, more expensive, in the area and lots of seafood restaurants in the area, generally known for good seafood. It would be much quieter and maybe less pleasant in off season.

établissement très calme et bien agencé, tout confort. restauration possible sur place, petit déjeuner buffet impeccable. La piscine à débordement est superbe et bien pratique pour se rafraîchir lors de la marrée basse. personnel très accueillant et professionnel. cet établissement mérite l'arrêt sur la route !

Ideale Lage zum Besuch der Nationalparks

Sehr schönes Hotel mit schönem Pool und am Strand gelegenen Restaurant. Das Hotel liegt ideal um die umliegenden Nationalparks "Khao Sam Roi Yot Nationalpark" und "Kui Buri Nationalpark" zu erkunden. Das freundliche Hotelpersonal organisiert gerne alles und der Hotelmanager kümmert sich persönlich um die Wünsche der Hotelgäste. Die Dame an der Rezeption war uns behilflich beim Kauf einer thailändischen Telefonkarte und der Manager brachte uns persönlich zum Bus in der Ortschaft und organisierte unseren weitern Transfer. Er gab uns sogar seine private Handynummer um bei eventuellen Problemen als Dolmetscher fungieren zu können.

Wij hadden een deluxe kamer, maar dat is erg basic, helaas ook niet goed schoon. Het grotendeel van het personeel spreekt geen woord engels. Wij kregen het niet voor elkaar om informatie te krijgen over de buurt. Het ontbijt was wel goed. En lunch / diner was ook prima. Het zwembad is wel ideaal, als ook de ligging direct aan het strand. In de directe omgeving is helaas niks te beleven, erg afgelegen. Dus je bent genoodzaakt eigen vervoer te hebben, of alles dmv transport van het hotel te doen.

you get what you pay for and less

Hotel had few guests (maybe 5 rooms were booked) We booked a standard room with garden view. Our room overlooked the car port and driveway. We consulted with the front desk, who told us it was a garden view. When we asked if we could get an upgrade, we were shown a cottage room for double the price (declined). Room was generally clean, but common areas in the standard room building were dirty, especially the stairwell (walkup/no elevator) Pool water was cloudy
