It’s literally in the city center right next door to the city plaza. Walkable to the Market. It’s a super cute hotel with great dinning options.

I request and pay for king size bed in stead I got two queen bed. In the Expedia app shows 4 rooms with king size. The receptionist told me that is no more king size. Beside this everything was good.

1. Estacionamiento algo retirado 2. Sin vista, por lo que es obscura la habitación. 3. Alberca agua fría, solo en temporada de calor supongo que conviene. 4. Algo incómodo que anden los del servicio con sus radios. Lo bueno, es que está en el centro de Huajuapan, Oaxaca Y tuvieron la atención de devolvernos un objeto que se nos quedo en la habitación.

Las instalaciones están bien. La atención del personal malísima. Se solicitó en más de dos ocasiones shampoo porque no había desde el primer día de llegada y nunca fue atendida la solicitud. Estaba en la alberca y solicité de favor al mesero me proporcionara la carta en más de dos ocasiones y solo fui ignorado. No me vuelvo a hospedar en ese hotel.

Me gusta mucho la amabilidad de los empleados, son los mejores muy atentos . Me gusta todo en si el hotel exelente. Lo recomiendo 100%. Solo el agua de la alberca un poco fria pero exelente.

Me encantó este hotel, disfrute de mi estancia y la comida estuvo muy buena en el restaurante. Me relaje en la alberca, el gimnasio está muy completo y pude relajarme, es un lugar muy limpio y todo se ve muy ordenado, recomiendo el hotel y por supuesto regreso.

Era necesaria la remodelación pero el espacio del clóset es pequeño así como cajoneras o cajones para almacenar insuficientes asi como un servibar que regularmente lo utilizo para guardar insulina en cualquier hotel que voy.
