"The location is perfect. Right outside the hotel is Think Park, where you can enjoy restaurants and bars without worrying about the time. Across the main road is the MAYA Shopping Center, and just a short walk away is the trendy Nimmanhaemin area. The downside is that the music from Think Park can be noisy until late at night. Since the room windows are not soundproof, the noise from outside is clearly audible and can disrupt sleep. As for the hotel facilities, one inconvenience is the lack of...

"Beds are very hard. Pool is difficult to get in & out of. There should be steps & handrails. Wifi is spotty at best. Could not auto-login. Need gluten free bread or rolls. "

"Loved this place! Very friendly staff, clean accomodations, laundry service, great security and amazing location. I've been in Chiang Mai for about 2 months and this local is my favorite so far. Close to Maya mall and Nimman area, close to Old town and street food market. And north of Varada you will find a very local scene with some very authentic and extremely affordable food ect. Don't miss Huan Muen Jai and Khao Soi Mesai acclaimed restaurants literally arou d the corner!"

"Very cool rooms and great location. The staff were all very nice and helpful. The Nimman area is see definitely tourist friendly and very safe even at night. The only complaints that make it a 4 star review are that our room was very musty, had very little light, and the bathroom doors were broken; as well as the breakfast buffet was kind of sparse."
