Lack of care inside and outside. Broken glass on the outside steps, sink leaking and cracked. Damp on ceiling and round window.

Its not open for buisness i got there and couldnt get in and was then told via message there not in buisness and i would need to contact someone else for a refund

Got they at 2.20 rang the ring doorbell no one answered nobody was there at all to say what was happening, when I booked I thought it was a room at a pub the woolpack going by the name and the the picture in the end I at find a alternate logging
