"I reserved a room which showed a room with a kitchenette and windows, but they insisted I was going to get a windowless studio with only a shared kitchen. This went against everything that was on the Expedia website. I emailed them for a few days and no one responded. Then 24 hours before my arrival I started texting back and forth until I was given what I reserved. It was very stressful."

"The apartment was terrific. Location was convenient for me. The host was very kind and helpful. Everything was very good. I would like to give a 5-start review. Except for check-in and check-out. I flew into Stockholm with midnight arrival. But key is available several blocks away. And only until 10pm. Then, checking out, cannot leave the key until 9am. So, you cannot leave the apartment until then. For an air traveler on business, this is quite restrictive. And it requires carrying luggage...

"Me and my cousin stayed with Quality Hotel and really enjoyed it. Beds were soooo comfy, room was clean, full air-con. The SHOWER. Holy gods. It was euphoric. Water pressure and temp are UNREAL. Soul left my body. The bistro had lovely food as well. Room reasonably priced. Definitely staying with Quality Hotel again next time we're in Stockholm!"
