Meals on the deck with a gentle breeze, walks in the woods -- nature immersion with the fun of town just a step away. "We stayed at this home for a family gathering and it was perfect. The parent adults could be upstairs visiting and the college age adults could be in the basement. We had 12 people over 18 yrs old in the house and we had plenty of room to spread out."

The location was great for us, close to both the nice CF downtown (check it out all with the ice cream shop across the bridge) as well as the main shopping area and key attractions like UNI. "I would stay here again. The bed was comfortable and the hotel was clean. My only very slight "complaint" was that the cleaning solution or odor control substance was rather strong in the lobby and was apparent in the room but not as strong. The location was fantastic for attending the college game."
