It was safe enough and decent location. Staff was indifferent to us. There was so much noise during the night, the water system in the bathroom and neighbors were sick and could hear them. Breakfast was ok

This was the worst experience ever. Room had no coffee maker, no hot tub, everything was dirty, their were exposed wires in the bathroom, and the ac didn’t work.

The smell was unbearable there. We had to go purchase candles and air fresheners. It smelt like straight mold/mildew. The lock on the window was broken, remote didn’t work, tub didn’t hold water…. And the breakfast was pre packaged muffins and donuts. The lady at the front was exceptional. Her husband…. Not so much. Also… no elevator and they charged my card twice.
