"This was odd. The livestock spend far more much time IN the house than I expected, resulting in much "tracking-in." I sat on the couch once - and it was wet. That was off-putting. They clearly state that they allow smoking and vaping, so that is on me, but I didn't translate that into the intense smoke in the general living area. "Super clean! Home is well stocked in kitchen, lots of linens, beach towels, washer and dryer, etc. loved having 3rd bathroom. The lower trundle bed in 3rd bedroom squeaked with every move but otherwise the house was just as described, well equipped, and so clean!"

"If you’re looking for a family home to stay at with convenient access to a channel to take you out into the Gulf, this place is for you. We brought our boat and tied it to the floating dock. The house was comfortable and there are many extras to enjoy. "
