The location is in a small alley off one of the main roads but it is close to everything but out of the traffic and noise. The owners and staff are wonderful and make you feel at home. Nothing was a problem for them and the service was just perfect in every way. The rooms are comfortable and spacious with everything you need. What a lovely hotel! The room was clean, comfortable and airy, and the hotel staff were exceptionally welcoming and kind. The location was great, being tucked away from the busy streets down a picturesque side street, but still a five minute walk from the more tourist-friendly restaurant district. The hotel staff served us a complimentary breakfast (we decided on banana pancakes with chocolate!), and were able to book us a private tour/drive to our next stop in Hoi An. Definitely recommend this hotel if you are looking for charming, relaxing and affordable stay in Hue!
