Very nice hotel with very good buffet style breakfast. There weren’t a lot of dining options in the immediate area but the staff gave excellent recommendations for restaurants that were a short taxi drive away. Quite close to the Imperial City as well.

First visit to Hue and this hotel is central location a very good choice. Smooth check in . Very large room with refrigerator and property safe. Great shower and bed very comfortable. Definitely have the breakfast on 9th floor with eggs made to order and extras. Also the coffee bar of choices. Convenient ATM in lobby which I used with no issues. Visiting Hue consider this hotel. The hotel is old. The bed was very hard and the bathroom ceiling had mold. On a good note, breakfasts were exceptional and staff very friendly. The hotel was also in a good location.

Great stay nice room on 8th floor but could be a little noisy from footsteps above in restaurant. Food was nice and restaurant suited western tastes and offered knives and forks for us untrained with chop sticks.

Mondial Hotel Hue is a lovely hotel, and we enjoyed our stay very much. We are especially grateful for the help they provided when I suffered a medical episode and needed to go to hospital for several days - no ask was too big, they asked my partner about my health whenever they saw her, and they were very welcoming when I returned. Cannot recommend their service highly enough!

Warm welcome but question-able kids friendly

Arrival was a warm welcome, room was good but air con looked like it had water damage because of leaking stains. The balcony had no furniture. From the 2 floors we been on (room floor and pool floor). It looks like you can smoke inside the hall way by the looks of the bins with ashtrays (cigarette butts)

Malheureusement, notre chambre était directement en dessous des salles de réception et il y avait un party donc tous les murs de notre chambre vibraient avec la musique.
