More importantly, we felt like a welcomed part of the community from the moment we met our driver who transported us to the hotel ( shoutout to Moloka'i Outdoors) to check in through our stay. The nightly local musicians at the restaurant were all wonderful and the view of the sunset is awe inspiring!"

"My wife and I had visited Hawaii several times but had never visited Molokai. This condo toward the east end of the Island had fantastic views across the channel of Maui and Lanai. We saw and heard whales breaching in the channel! A perfect place for a couples get-away and great location for exploring the entire island. The hosts were extremely helpful with directions and planning our visit. Molokai is known as the "Friendly" Island and with no traffic or streetlights, it has a very laid back "vibe" to it. We hope to go back again one day!"

"My husband and I throughly enjoyed our first time on Molokai. It feels like Hawaii from 1950! Even though we could not visit Kalaupapa (closed by National Park Service) we felt there were plenty of things to do. We found great beaches, especially Papohaku Beach, and the whale watching was incredible from the condo's wonderful second-story balcony. Every morning we sat on the balcony with breakfast and watched the whales dance. The condo is a bit dated, but is well appointed, with good kitchen supplies. The AC was wonderful to have to cool the sun in the afternoons. It is a convenient location to the other sides of the island. The owner communicates well and is most responsive. Sunsets were amazing and we saw our first "Green Flash" from the lanai! We would return to this property. Thank you. "

"This lovely third-floor condo offered a truly spectacular, million-dollar view! (Note: no elevator) We found it clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing week-long stay, including a nice selection of spices and cookware. The refreshing ocean breeze kept us perfectly comfortable, even without air conditioning, and the abundance of fans ensured a pleasant atmosphere. We especially appreciated the reliable high-speed internet and smart TV for entertainment. While the second bedroom's TV wasn't connected, it wasn't a major issue for us. The pool was a bit chilly, but we loved the covered game/social area next to it, perfect for relaxing and socializing. The owners were incredibly responsive to any questions we had. The location was peaceful and quiet, with only a bit of weekend activity from children nearby. A short walk took us to a small, charming beach.Getting around was easy. The condo is a 15-minute drive to town, and we found everything we needed at the local Friendly Markets. We had beers/drinks at Paddlers and Molokai Hotel. We rented a car through Turo, which worked out perfectly. Our journey here was seamless, flying Mokelele Air from Maui and then to Honolulu. During our stay, we enjoyed some incredible experiences, including a fantastic hike to a waterfall with a local guide and a breathtaking helicopter tour of the stunning cliffs.Overall, our stay was a truly peaceful and laid-back experience.
