"The decor in the lobby was lovely. Staff were friendly efficient. Secure parking was great though with a large car, a bit of a challenge. Slightly hard to locate at first glance. Go past the main building & sharp turn right immediately down a narrow steep ramp. Liked the coffee machine in room. Only complaint no plugpoint next to bed to charge phone. Hotel Palacio Santa Ines-Great place to be at

"Hotel is in great location for walk to Alhambra, near hop on hop off bus and has so many shops, restaurants, Traditional tapas bars, cafes and places of interest within short walking distance. Hotel is a lovely old renovation that has so many quirky, traditional furniture in. All well maintained, very clean with comfortable and crisp bedding. You even have tea/coffee facilities in the room. "

"The Aurea Washington Irving is a luxurious hotel. The rooms are exquisitely appointed from the bathroom amenities, the coffee and tea service and the bathroom which has a separate tub and bidet. The room was immaculately clean. The staff is incredibly attentive, multilingual and just a pleasure to deal with. The location is within walking distance to the entrance to the Alhambra and C30 and C32 shuttle buses stops are a few steps from the hotel. No parking at their property, but they use a car park and the valet will drive back and forth. It is just a gem."

"My experience at the Puerta de Granada hotel, Spain was satisfactory. The hotel is clean, the rooms are comfortable, it has all the amenities and is very well located.
