Apartment was great for our overall needs.
This appartment was very clean and tidy and suited almost all of our needs. Carole was very accommodating for our late arrival. In the description it mentions Internet access as a facility -this is not the case as you have to pay a fee for it. The owner could have been quicker in responding to questions but overall we enjoyed our stay.

Nous avions réservé cet appartement en grande parti pour profiter du sauna, bain a remou et piscine en acces libre comme le stipule l annonce. Arrivés sur place, on nous laisse les clefs et de tres brefs infos quant au lieu ou se trouve la residence. Nous finissons par trouver, surpris que cette derniere soit dans la résidence Pierre et vacances. Évidemment pas de piscine ni sauna sur place, plus moyen de joindre le proprietaire, et ce malgres nos appels et relance reguliere. Abritel bien que courtois n a pas pu nous aider plus, ni joindre le proprietaire a priopri, car nous n avons toujours aucune nouvelle a la fin de notre séjour. Appartement propre et bien placé, certes, mais pour ce prix, sans coherence avec l annonce et au vu de l interet que porte le propriétaire a ces locataires, je vous deconseille tres serieusement vous gagnerez temps et argent.

Vacances très décevantes dans cet appartement pour plusieurs raisons. Les photos abritel laissent imaginer un appartement moderne et surtout propre. Nous avons déchantés en arrivant de constater que l’appartement ne l’était pas vraiment, beaucoup de rafistolages, meubles vieillissants, moquette tachée, vis au mur non enlevées qui donnent l’impression d’être dans un appartement peu entretenu. Concernant la propreté de l’appartement nous avons trouvé beaucoup de saletés derrière les canapés. Niveau service: aucun code de l’immeuble communiqué à notre arrivée, un seul jeu de clefs pour 3, WII qui ne fonctionne pas dans l’appartement, aucun torchon pour la vaisselle, aucun tapis de douche. Nous avons appris par l’accueil que nous avions un casier à ski, nous n’avions pas eu l’information auparavant. Je suis très étonné des services proposés pour une location à la semaine qui ne reste pas donné. L’emplacement de l’appartement est bien. Je reste surpris de constater que cet appartement était noté à plus de 9/10…

Great view, but you can't ski in and out
The apartment has a great view, but you can't ski in and out. You need to go 200meters or use the bus to reach the lifts. You can park your car, for 70Euro weeks I the parking house, with direct acces to the building, that is perfect. The communication with the owner was easy and clear. The apartment is a bit old, and not the cleanest when we arrived, but we had a nice stay.

Nous sommes arrivés sur la station, ravis à l'idée de profiter de notre semaine de ski, quand nous apprenons que le domaine skiable est privatisé pour un festival de musique ! Le propriétaire était au courant et s'était bien gardé de nous le dire, il savait qu'il ne pourrait pas louer son appartement puisque le festival fournissait les hébergements aux festivaliers ! J'envoie le premier message au propriétaire qui bloque aussitôt mon numéro et refuse de nous parler. Nous avons passé une semaine épouvantable, privés de ce pour quoi nous étions venus. A vous de voir quelles relations vous acceptez dans votre vie !

Je vais mettre 5 étoiles, mais...
Alors l'appartement est toujours aussi sympa, et il y a des transats pour la terrasse maintenant ;) Malheureusement, nous n'avons pas pu en profiter, car soit la météo était mauvaise, soit la neige sur le toit fondait et il "pleuvait" sur nous à travers les lambris du toit :( Il y a un hôtel en construction du côté de l'Eclose, dommage pour la vue, les grues etc. Mais voilà, ça, Raphaël il n'y peut rien, donc je vais pas en tenir compte dans ma note. Par contre, faut vraiment un nouvel aspirateur ;) On reviendra!

L'appartement est très bien situé en centre de station ; mais il est nécessaire de prendre une navette pour se rendre sur les pistes :( La résidence n'est pas de première jeunesse : les menuiseries de l'appartement gagneraient à être changées ( isolation -) Prévoyez un partage de connexion avec votre mobile...ou un bon contact avec vos voisins si vous voulez le code WIFI de la résidence, car les hôtesses d'accueil ne vous le fourniront pas :( Bons contacts avec Mr Cantiello

Séjour très agréable dans cet appartement bien situé
Nous avons eu la chance d'avoir une excellente météo et l'appartement orienté plein Sud était baigné de soleil. Situé très prêt des commerces, restaurants et d'un arrêt de la navette allant aux pistes, cet appartement ne peut être que recommandé.

Studio très bien équipé, propre,, agréable à tout de point de vue, nous étions un couple avec enfant, seuls bémols :une seule clé...ce qui nécessite de l organisation en fonction des activités de chacun..et manque deux chaises pour le bacon qui bénéficie d une si belle vue. Merci beaucoup à la jeune femme qui nous accueille et sait se rendre très très disponible.je reviendrai certainement.

Ons verblijf was geweldig, ook het appartement was prima.
Helaas waren er geen stoelen of meubilair om op t balkon te zitten terwijl het de hele week rond de 26 graden was, wat moet je dan met n balkon! Het appartement ligt prachtig en we hebben het fijn gehad, maar voordat we er waren was het erg onhandig communiceren omdat de eigenaar alleen Frans spreekt en alle mails in het frans waren, we hebben dit met google translate moeten vertalen, dat gaat niet altijd vlekkeloos, zo kwamen we daar en bleek er geen beddegoed in te zitten, erg vervelend dus, we hebben vh appartementencomplex beddengoed mogen lenen, dat was erg vriendelijk van Pierre Vacances, pfft gelukkig We moestten de borg van maarliefst 700,00 euro ter plekke betalen, we hadden een tijd bij t appartement afgesproken met een contactpersoon vd eigenaar die ook alleen Frans kan, ze liet me per sms weten dat we op n andere plek moestten komen, ze wilde de borg op straat hebben!!!!! ik wilde daar een nota van, daar begreep ze niets van, ze haalde er n kennis bij die in t engels n briefje schreef betreft de borg, ik moest daar n foto van maken en ze hield zelf t briefje,!!! we hebben de hele week in de rats gezeten of we het geld nog wel terug kregen. We vinden dit wel erg onproffesioneel overkomen en dat terwijl je het op een internationale site verhuurd. Ook was er geen informatie in het app. ook geen iventarisatielijst of hoe apparaten werken, etc etc. Gelukkig is t goed gekomen, maar van te voren heb ik al meerdere malen met home away moeten bellen ivm fouten in het huurcontract en vragen betreft t beddengoed, homeaway heeft mij goed geholpen gelukkig, maar antwoord op mijn vraag aan de eigenaar over t beddengoed heb ik nooit gekregen. Evengoed hebben we het heel fijn gehad maar de vlgd keer boek ik niet zo op deze manier , dat heeft mij teveel energie en stress van tevoren opgeleverd, als ze geen engels of duits communiceren annuleer ik het direkt weer.
