"Overall a good stay. Needs a bit of TLC to the paintwork. Bathroom is quite small but adequate, & bedroom space was small ie bed against the wall. Stayed in deluxe studio apartment it was nice to sit on chairs instead of bed to watch tv. Nice kitchen area if you want to cook something simple. Bed was comfortable & extra pillows if wanted in wardrobe. Great communication & easy mobile entry via email "

"Went with my family to stay at this house as part of my birthday celebrations. The house was easy to find, access to property and security was really good. The house was very lovely, plenty of space and room for us. If we had any questions, the host was quick to respond and help with anything we needed. Host was also very flexible. We were also given a lovely welcome basket of treats (we took to the beach) and drinks to enjoy. Really happy with our stay and customer service."

"Happy with the accommodation. Quiet area of site. Communication with owner excellent. A well equipped chalet, clean, comfortable beds, good sized TV. The one thing that was a problem was the ill-fitting bathroom door and given that the door has been removed from between the living area & bedrooms/bathroom, privacy was a problem. "Myself, my partner Andy and our dog Willow stayed Friday to Sunday at the chickens coop and we had the most relaxing & enjoyable time. Andy enjoyed doing a bit of fishing at the lake, catching a good sized carp, whilst I enjoyed walking around it with the dog. The place itself is just gorgeous, with free roaming chickens etc that you can feed. The stay in the coop was perfect - it was so peaceful and homely. "After many attemps to make contact on the day of arrival via cobtact number and whats app eventually got some communication. I was told at 2pm on day of arrival(5pm check in) that the appartment was o longer available due to previous occupier causing damage which could not be rectified. Had a exact review not so long ago. Poor communication but managed to sort alternative accomadation so break was not ruined. Be cautious"

"Nice quiet location, although being on a farm there was a small amount of work related activaty at times which did not spoil our stay. The furnature and equipment was the best we have seen in the numerous property,s we have stayed in. Friendly and helpful owners. Highly recommended for a restful holiday."

"We were three families from three different cities that drove to the caravan site, and upon arrival, you said, "Sorry, our website had issues, and we can't do anything for you now. We can only refund your money." Not only have you caused us financial losses equivalent to the cost of three tanks of gas, but you've also ruined our weekend plans. I'm genuinely disappointed in the management of this website. All I can say is, you are highly irresponsible. It's unclear whether you'll refund my money...

"Stayed one night to visit family was our second visit a fantastic quirky hotel very interesting place to stay . Had a comedy night on what a bonus curry and comedy only £15.I would thoroughly recommend a very kind and caring work environment for the hardworking staff. Very nice breakfast.I will be visiting again and hope top tie in with another comedy night. "
