Our room was a small studio apartment - it was fine, but a bit small. Good location, convenient to many attractions. The link between the Apartments and the SP 34 hotel was not clear and better communication on this would be helpful.

This hotel was in a good location and the staff were excellent. We had an issue with the noise from the lift machinations when we were in the top suite, but we were swiftly moved to another room, which was very nice. I would definitely recommend and would stay there again if revisiting Copenhagen.

The property is clean and well located, it’s just on the edge of all nearby attractions, and everything is reachable via walking or bicycle. The room didn’t have a safe or kettle for making a coffee or tea in the room, usually expected in a 4 star hotel. However, this isn’t a problem as you can get hot beverages at the reception or if you pay for a breakfast option. The room was spacious with high ceilings and nicely furnished, although the bedding has two single duvet covers instead of a standard double/king cover, so two people may find this uncomfortable.
