"For a five star rated hotel I expected more attention to detail. I found stray hairs in the bathroom when we checked in. When we asked for a replenishment of nespresso coffee pods, they said they could only provide two at a time. Given that our reservation was for three people this seems inappropriate and unsatisfactory. The hotel Internet is unsecured."

"The location is good if MRT and bus are available (unfortunately the MRT and bus were not in service on the day when we arrived because of Kangrui typhoon so we had to take taxi from HRT station), the staffs are very helpful. We walked outside for most of the daytime and just used the hotel for sleeping. It is worth of the value. By the way, the hotel provides washer and dryer for free even though the dryer took about 3 hours to dry a small load of the clothes."

"The room was spacious and great for a few short days. Although while spacious the amenities it isn’t utilizing the space well enough. For example I wish they added a few more shower hooks. There was only 1 hook by the sink so it’s either for hand towel or bath towel. There’s not enough counter space for your bath products. "I'd stay at this hotel over and over again. First of all - the location is the best. It's right by the Love River and by the train stop. I'd say it's also in the art district where you can view some nice piece of arts . The entire area is an old industrial one, made up of old industrial buildings. But that it's entire charm. You can also cross the bridge which is right across and get to the other side of the river. The hotel was a great choice. I read mixed reviews, however the negative ones were not relevant. I am so happy I chose it. The room was big and clean . They come to clean the room daily , they ring the door before , however, you have an option to press a button if you don't want to be disturbed. Although the bathroom has no door that separates it from the hallway, there is a glass door at the toilet and the shower. They also provide toiletries and house slippers. The room was quiet and very clean. They had coffee and tea complimentary , as well as free breakfast. There were many choices, just be mindful that the breakfast ends at 9.30. "
