"We had ordered a taxi from the hotel to the airport. Confirmation was received. After waiting at the airport I contacted the hotel to be told the person had obviously forgot to order the taxi. We then got an Uber for 11820 HUF. Arriving at the hotel the staff gave us a warm welcome and complimentary drink for the inconvenience. The room was really nice and bathroom clean. "The road outside and some surrounding roads were being re-done so it was very sandy and dusty. Our taxi still managed to drop us right outside though. Great staff, delicious breakfast, fab rooms and good amenities. Nothing was too much trouble. The chocolate fountain at breakfast was definitely a hit! Would return to this hotel if we visit Budapest again! "
