Die Türen könnten nicht richtig geschlossen werden von Innen und von drausen musste man mit Fuss reinhauen das sie zu gehen. Wir hatten die 4-te "Haus" in der Reihe und die war fast 300 m von WC und Dusche entfernt. Horror wenn man in der Nacht aufs Klo gehen muss, und Spinnen haben bereits überall Netzt gespannt. "Super convenient location across Leeuwarden train station. It is a small boutique style hotel. I loved the Nespresso machine and the daily capsules complimentary refill, also nice emptied mini-fridge for use and kettle. Room was large and very clean. My room had an outdoor terrace but the view are not nice as they overlook vents and tubes from the restaurant next door. Heating worked perfectly fine. "

"Overall, a bit basic but it was an okay stay for one night in the winter. Mostly just the lack of transparency, as the hotel reception charged triple the amount of the 'additional fee' than what was listed on the Expedia site when booking. Otherwise fine for what you pay - thank you!"
