The Bobcat Lodge is an awarded 3-Level Luxury Home boasting over 3,000+ sqft of pure relaxation with modern kitchen, open concept living & dining areas, huge great room & fireplace, big game room & other featured amenities. 2 exterior wrap-around decks with gas BBQ overlooking a beautiful lake and mountain, separate bedroom balconies, large outdoor fire-pit, dry sauna and big Hot Tub.

The Bobcat Lodge is where high quality meets carefully considered eco-design—down to every last detail. With elegant design and personal character, the home is as welcoming as it is beautiful.

We are located in the exclusive Colonel's Chair subdivision on Hunter Mountain. Hunter Resort entry and lifts are 0.5 mile from our home and provides access to world class skiing/snowboarding, tubing,riding, zip-line, and 4 seasons of fun and activities.

For your safety, we instaled the front ring doorbell. 4 cameras to oversee the parking lot, front of the house, fire pit, lake and hot tub areas. No cameras inside in the house.
SKI SEASON
When you book our home for ski season make sure to book your pass, tickets and days on the mountain to avoid disappointment.

We loved the Bobcat Lodge. It had everything we needed. We were are large group of 18. All our kitchen, bedding, and bathroom needs were met. My daughter loved the hot tub. The lake is beautiful. So is the house. Highly recommend. I couldn't get the sauna to work but I didn't reach out; there might have been a simple fix.

Great house for skiers and non-skiers alike
The house was exactly what we were looking for, incredibly close to the mountain with convenient access to both the main lodge and the Northern Express lift (opens a half hour later than the base area but way less crowded so you're skiing sooner). There was ample space at the house, a well stocked kitchen, and lots of games and activities. Views of the lake from the decks and the hot tub were amazing as well.

Amazing house minutes from hunter. Our work trip was a huge cause of this house. The hot tub and sauna kept us ready for the next day of skiing. All my colleagues insisted i book this house again for next year. The hosts were very responsive and helpful. Great place.

Wonderful family getaway
We had the best family time at the Bobcat Lodge! The owner, Valentyna was so wonderful at communicating with us before, during, and after our stay. We have rented many homes over the years at all different locations, and I have to say she was the best in communicating and recommendations prior to our stay as we had never been there. The home was great! Very clean, and equipped.We enjoyed the sauna, hot tub, and game room. The open kitchen was so perfect to all be together on nights when we cooked and stayed in. The home is very close to Hunter mountain which was great for the skiers in our group, only took about 2-3 mins to get there! We would definitely recommend and would absolutely stay here again!

Perfectly located place for north east groups
We were looking for a location that could host 15+ for people coming from Albany, NYC, Boston, and Maine. This was the perfect getaway that felt very woodsy and new, while still having a few amenities on the main drag (restaurants, general store, gas, etc). More than enough room for everyone to sleep in beds, and the house extras (sauna, hot tub, game room etc) were all a blast. Would love to come back someday! Would recommend this place for any sort of group get together.

Fantastic stay!
We stayed three nights and don’t have one bad thing to say. Everything was clean and working, just as advertised. The views were beautiful and the amenities were amazing. We are excited to set up time during the summer to make a trip back, but this house was amazing for a ski weekend!

Great getaway!
Although the winter weather was not ideal this year for skiing, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Bobcat lodge and Hunter Mountain! Valentyna was fabulous. Information for our stay was timely and very detailed and she was very responsive. The house had a ton of amenities making it very easy for us to stay in and relax after a full day of skiing! We loved Hunter Mountain and the people, who seem to come from all over. Everyone was so kind and courteous. The live bands in the afternoon were fabulous and so much fun! The Bobcat Lodge lakefront property had gorgeous views and we were just minutes from the mountain making it an ideal location for our long weekend getaway! We would go back again!

I stayed here with large number of friends for a two night stay. The house was a quick 6 minute drive to Hunter mountain, which was great for after a long day of skiing. Place was large enough, to comfortably accommodate all of the guests, and the rec room in the basement ensured we stayed entertained after hitting the mountain. Valentyna was very easy to stay in contact with and help with any accommodations. 10/10 would recommend.

We had a wonderful time at this ski house. Very close to Hunter and Windham Mtns. House was clean, fully stocked kitchen, plenty of extra linens. Our group of 20 fit perfectly with extra room. The kids loved the hot tub and game room. Host was very responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. Five stars!

Dream Christmas Vacation
Priceless vacation in this beautiful home. From start to finish everything was perfect! We had 20 guests and there was plenty of room for everyone. The game room and hot tub kept the 12 kids entertained!! We will rent again!

Amazing Catskills stay
We had a large multigenerational group from grandparents on down to a 2 year old. The house was perfect - plenty of space, well stocked, clean, and the game room/hot tub/lake were excellent to keep everyone entertained. Valentyna was a fantastic host - very responsive to questions throughout the booking and stay process. The house is well located close to Hunter, Phoenicia, and plenty to do. We loved our stay!!!
