"The Studio was well-equipped although a tight fit in places like the kitchen and toilet. The lounge, TV viewing area and bed were good although we did not use the TV. There were plenty of books and games to use during the stay. The conservatory area was very good with lovely picture windows offering views over the neighbouring farmer's field which offered a variety of wildlife, including Muntjac deer, golden pheasant, rabbits and a multitude of smaller birds Parking was on the street right...

They property is a small village with several local short walks and close to a couple of pubs, also within walking distance that serve good food. "Staff were so helpful and pleasant. Nothing was too much trouble and they really tried to make things as easy as possible. Being at the older end we didn't enjoy the Halloween disco in the bar but it was possible to find a quieter space and they went out of their way to accommodate us. "Very warm welcome, both for us humans and especially the dog (complimentary bed/treats and dog bowl for her use during the stay). Dog welcomed throughout the hotel including main restaurant. Meal at dinner was excellent as was breakfast. Warm, spotlessly clean room, well appointed, close to the bar/restaurant and had a convenient small garden space for the dog's convenience. We'll be coming back. "

"This beautiful best western was such a relief to stay in. They were hospitable and courteous. The staff had just catered to an entire wedding through their weekend and notably regular business and were more than on it for the two of us. They had a very kind bartender who served us and us alone on the Sunday evening. And he was wonderful. Our food was well prepared and the room stay was both quiet and cozy. Thank you for your hospitality. We will surely visit again."
