The customer service was crap I ask for a to go breakfast never recieved it the 4 days I was there the Guy at the front desk when I asked about it he didn’t wanna be bothered then when I asked about getting some juice he turned off the machine and when in the back

We just stopped for the night on our way to Florida, talking with the front desk when checking out and she gave us a couple bottles of water, in case there wasn't any available. Such an amazing jester. Would definitely recommend! They are remodeling, but did not affect us at all

The area was nice and the staff were kind & friendly. The bed was clean and the bathroom was clean. The room had some kind of jelly/lotion/gunk on the carpet when we got there and there was gunk on the curtains.

The sink supply lines were leaking in the little bar sink. Floor was soaking wet. That dripping kept me up half the night. Good thing my husband didn’t have his hearing aides in. Management said they were sorry. I almost fell from walking across the wet floor and then to the tile bathroom floor. Never again. When I asked for a partial repayment the front desk person just said she was sorry. If I fell from that or got sick because of the mold I’m sure was growing there I would’ve had the board of health close that place down. Just don’t make the same mistake I did. Stay away from this hotel!!! I’d of been better off sleeping in my car!!

The property is under construction so we had some issues related to that. The breakfast was quite good. I'm guessing once they are done the place will be a better place to stay.
