The Garden is perfect!
We were in town for my parents 50th anniversary. The house was perfect way for all of us to not have to be on top of each other for a week. The house is perfect for a small family and I would say we spent 95% of the time we were there enjoying the back deck. We will definitely book again in the future!

Trash Panda Visit
Was looking for an easy affordable place to stay to catch the Trash Pandas baseball game. This property fit the bill perfectly. Everything we wanted to do was close and easy to get to and the property was clean and comfortable. The host had great suggestions for dining and area attractions and followed up with me when weather cancelled the game. Wouldn’t hesitate to book this property again. Thanks Tim!

UAH move in trip
Great place to stay. The gardens here are beautiful. We moved our daughter into a studio off campus student at UAH. All sisters and one brother visited - this home has great amenities and is close to all the colleges, US space and rocket museum and Botanical Gardens. Drive 20 minutes and lots of hiking trails and woodland. Plenty of wildlife.

Right at home in Huntsville.
We visited Huntsville for the first time to see 2 shows at the Orion Amphitheater. If you are into live music this is an amazing venue! It's never easy choosing a place to stay in my opinion but as soon as we pulled up to the house I was happy with my decision. A clean, cozy and quiet retreat away from all the hustle and bustle but still a close drive or Uber to everything. The patio/garden area out back was lovely and Tim was a great host. I would definitely stay here again on my next trip to Huntsville.

Just as expected
This house met our expectations. It is an older home of a family member and still has that feeling. The host went above and beyond to make sure we had all that we needed. If you book this property and are a light sleeper, bring earplugs because it's on a busy street. We enjoyed our stay and Huntsville.

The interior was nice and clean but we weren’t prepared for the stairs. The gardens were overgrown and needed care. Very busy street with a lot of street noise but close to town.

Huntsville house
The house had everything I needed for my trip. I saw the advertisement about a gym with a treadmill. I never saw gym or treadmill at the house. The windows let in every bit of noise from all the cars racing by. If there was a bed down stairs I would have slept there so I could avoid the noise. There were stains on the kitchen ceiling that may indicate a roof leak.

Host was very nice! The house was older but clean on inside. The pictures of outside need updating. The front & back were very overgrown. I think one reason it was left this way was because it is on the corner of a very busy noisy intersection.
