"My friend and I had a wonderful stay at this lovely bed & breakfast. The room was impeccably clean, and the bed was very comfortable, ensuring we had a restful sleep after a long and exciting day of travel. "Accommodation was very well-presented, nice views and included breakfast delivered to the door around 8:30am. There was a number of wallabies on the lawn outside our apartment around dusk which was a nice experience. One criticism, though, was that the room was very stuffy. Despite our best efforts, the air-conditioning kept resetting to a temperature higher than we would have liked. "

"Wonderful position with a view over the Derwent river. Squeezy parking and wouldnt cope with a large vehicle or a van. The road in would be difficult with a van and no area to turn around. No problems if youre just travelling in a car."

"Excellent and frequent communication pre-stay. Warmly greeted upon arrival, shown around the facility before being led to glorious Garden Courtyard room on lower floor. Very spacious room with either side of the bed having direct access to bathroom facilities, robes, ironing facilities and tea making facilities behind the bed head panel.
