Service employees need lots of training. Out the four restaurants two were closed all the time and the other two imposible to get a reservation.
The food in the buffet restaurant was average.
The exterior around the pools and beach was amazing.

Our stay at Steigenberger Ras Soma was made unforgettable by the amazing team that ensured every moment was perfect. From the moment we arrived late, Ahmed, the concierge, welcomed us warmly and helped us settle into our room. His kindness and infectious smile brightened our day whenever we crossed paths. The chefs and waiters, especially Haytham, Amin, and Ahmed, were outstanding—always attentive and helpful. They even memorized our favorite drinks, which added a personal touch and created a truly welcoming and enjoyable experience.
Our room cleaner (room 1051) was equally exceptional, with thoughtful attention to detail and kindness throughout our stay. Every member of the resort’s staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, and their attentiveness and friendliness created a genuine atmosphere of hospitality. They truly made our stay an experience we’ll never forget.
