"Royal beach is visually stunning with friendly staff. However on arrival the security is more interested in tips than turning on boiler, making sure TV and WiFi works. Fridge hardly gets cold. WiFi is intermittent. Would have been nice to have soap and shampoo at flat."

"We had an enjoyable stay. The house was very large and private and generally in a quiet area apart from a few dogs which seem fairly common in most of Egypt. Owner-Really kind, helpful and great communication. On hand to help if any issues and responded to messages straight away.House- Generally very nice but slightly unfinished but again this seems to be very common everywhere in Egypt. We were able to cook in the kitchen but a few additional bowls, baking trays etc would have been useful....

"the shower and toilette too small, the room between the toilette and the hand wash so small made it difficult to use the toilette, too many cats in the hallways and the street the property on is bad, I had to hire two taxis to find this property. I had to wait one hour to check in as the room wasn't ready even the agreement to check in time was approved by property. "

"Titanic palace is fantastic clean place to be treated well, politeness, happy friendly staff. The gardens are immaculate with everyone working so hard. I rate this 9/10. The rooms are clean, comfortable beds and maids accommodating for any needs of service. The reception staff can help you with any issues and recommend places to visit. I hope the Titanic palace opens very soon again when all the virus problems subside. I overall rate the palace. "

"Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer guten Lage in Hurghada. Leider war sie nicht ganz sauber; es lag Staub überall, und die beiden Badezimmer hatten einen unangenehmen Geruch. "Ali our facility manager was so kind and polite. The cleanliness in our room was quite awesome and he made us everyday another surprise with the magic towels. Also the rest staff was so friendly and helpful in every situation. Special thank you to the shop owner at the beach, who sell selfmade bracelets and magic sand pictures for the inviting egypt tea and enjoyable talk with you. "

"My partner and me had a fantastic holiday at the Steigenberger. We were amazed by how well the property is maintained. We enjoyed daily strolls through the resort, enjoying the gardens, the green surroundings and the peaceful atmosphere. Eventhough the hotel is close to the airport, you will not notice that during your stay. We heard no noice from planes at all. Once we arrived at the property we were amazed by the impressive design and the welcoming atmosphere. The reception welcomed us and have been super friendly and helpful. We were accompanied to our suite - which was our first (and only) disappointment. We booked a superior suite with sea view. However, the suite we were brought to was on the side of the property on the 2nd floor (in Germany we would call it the 1st floor). We couldn't actually see the sea. The bigger problem was the next door construction works that happened day and night. We've spoken to reception and thankfully were moved the next day. A beautiful suite on the 5th floor in the center of the property. Absolutely stunning views. Suite is very spacious, clean and comfortable. The food of the buffet restaurant is well above average and we loved eating there. The speciality restaurants had great food, great service and a great atmosphere. We noticed that the alcoholic beverages included are not that great - are they watered down? Overall we had an absolute amazing time! All employees did an outstanding job and we appreciate all their dedication!"

"Fabulous location with lovely view over the Marina and beyond to the Red Sea. Within easy walking distance to shops, bars & restaurants. Best of all, the restaurant on the roof of the Boutique Hotel. The menu offers an extensive choice & the food is delicious. Special mention must go to the cocktails. I cant think of a better way to unwind at the end of the day than sipping a cocktaiil overlooking the marina ! "

"Staff are rude and unhelpful! Rooms are run down, WiFi does not work for iPhones - as I was told by reception. You can only use the standard buffet restaurant all others you are unable to book. Terrible experience. Walked to the marina most days to get out of the hotel"
