We loved the Spa and pool. Plenty of parking and our room was serviced every day. We had breakfast delivered to our room which was a real treat. We visited nearby Wakehurst Arboretum and gardens and had no trouble eating out also. Our door key didn’t work on two occasions. Cocktails were expensive but overall it was a wonderful long, relaxing Easter weekend. The staff were very polite and helpful.

Clean enough but slightly dated. Unfortunately some of the bookings for dinner and spa had not been arranged (later transpired a system update had happened). Most of the staff we interacted with were lovely and did a great job, especially Charlie at dinner. But just felt like it was running on very low staff and there weren’t many around on reception, bar or at the spa.

Not THAT convenient to LGW and the taxi is £18.50 one way. Quite noisy because it’s on a roundabout. Service was great. Beds are UK sizes (obvs) so anyone from North America should be aware that there is a massive difference in King size for the UK to the rest of the world. Bathrooms are not the cleanest but functional.
