The staff was swamped, constantly getting tons of calls from other families, and the guy who checked me in probably helped 10 other people while he was at it. "Great host and beautiful, clean apartment. Very happy. The only issue: my visit coincided with a hot spell. Air condition was working well, but there didn’t appear to be a way to regulate cooling downstairs (where I was) independently of upstairs. Some may enjoy the break from the heat, but I found it a bit cold for my liking. Yes, i would recommend this place and book here again, but maybe bring an extra sweater. "

"Home was clean and brand new. Room was large enough and spacious for two but host uses misleading photos. The “Kraken Suite” Infact does not have a connected bathroom which was quite the bummer. You have a private bathroom but have to leave the room in order to access it. Building walls are paper thin as others mentioned, you hear every conversation, door code, door opening and closing of upstairs and downstairs and neighboring units. The room and space were very clean and comfortable otherwise....

"A nice suite with condiments in the kitchen. Makes me feel like coming home after a day out. Good coffee supplied and a nice sharp cutting knife ready to make dinner. Other little things around that make it feel like a home. In winter take warm cushy socks as the door opens to the living room and makes it cool on the floor. Not able to control heat, but it was at a temperature I liked -maybe not for others? I will look for this place again when needed"

"What I liked was the bed was comfortable, what I didn’t like was that it was on the floor so being over 60 it was difficult getting out of bed, the description of the room lead me to believe that the bathroom was in my room, it was not, it was down the hall, my bedroom was on the 4th floor so I didn’t care for that, the room had an electrical lock which wasn’t always friendly. I would recommend it to anyone under 35 but definitely not senior friendly "
