"Checkin was easy and the staff friendly. The room itself was spacious and clean. It had a kitchenette, bonus after travelling for weeks and having to buy food on the go. The shower was hot with great water pressure. The hotel was well positioned and within easy walking distance to all attractions. There is a supermarket and shopping mall 5 minutes walk away. "Parking was not easily available and on street parking limited snd expensive. When exiting the parking, you then had to return the key to reception which would not be easy to park up to return to receptions. Reception not 24hrs. Good tram links to centre Room ok, but warm in summer"

"The parking was convenient, though not free, and needs to be booked with the hotel. I did not receive a response to my email, so had to telephone, I had to try a few times before being answered. I did not recive a written confirmation the parking was booked, but all was fine when we arrived. Very well located, just a few short minutes walk from petite france. The staff were friendly, the room was clean and well appointed. My daughter enjoyed the fuseball table in the lobby."
