"The apartment was very well equipped, clean and tidy and convenient for visiting the Harz Mountain area. We had beautiful weather the whole week we were there and enjoyed sitting on the balcony when we weren’t going for walks or visiting ancient towns. "The property was clean and fairy easy to access. Parking was good. The property is in a highrise building from the 70's. Smelled a bit musty. We didn't use the pool or sauna, so can't comment. It was close to downtown and the Sole Terme. We had to pay extra for bedding and towels! The bed was not very comfortable. I am not sure what the mattress was stuffed with, maybe grass, lol. It was hard and uncomfortable. Make sure you bring everything you need, including shower jell, shampoo, etc."

"Wir sind Outdoor Liebhaber und für uns war der Aufenthalt klasse. Die Wohnung ist außerordentlich gut ausgestattet, es fehlte einem an nichts. Die Lage ist perfekt, man kommt überall super hin. Die Therme ist 5min zu Fuß entfernt. Total ruhiger Ort, klasse Aussicht und man kann auch Besorgungen machen ohne weit fahren zu müssen. "

"We were arriving very late but the hotel staff couldn't do enough to accommodate. They were simply brilliant. Every email sent was replied to very quickly. Our key was placed in a digital lock box and code provided. The bedroom was very spacious along with a wonderful spacious bathroom. The shower gave instant hot water. "Good hotel with amazingly clean rooms. Room was big and recently renovated, lots of space and nice touches like tea and coffee in the room. Big windows let in loads of natural light, and opening windows allowed fresh air which was nice. The location allows for easy access and parking, and then it's a very short walk to the centre of the historic town. Friendly team and good breakfast. As some other people commented, no, they don't speak English - but it turns out the hotel is in Germany, so don't expect it and you'll be fine. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, and a smile, a few signs and a bit of patience got me checked in very quickly. Great value, would definitely stay again. "
