Loved the hotel! Everything and everyone was amazing! The convenience of the hotel is excellent and every detail is perfect. Perhaps the only issue is the noise from outside (the restaurant next door has live music) which isnt ideal if you are trying to get to bed early. But highly recommend overall.

The property is very conveniently located just a short walk from where the ferry drops you off. Staff from the hotel were there to take our luggage. We had what looked to be a blood stain on our carpet that was wet when we arrived. Housekeeping dried it with a blow dryer. There was some other wood damage from the shower leaking outside of the glass door. Otherwise, great property! Great service!

The Palace Elisabeth is a stunning Hotel, where standards are high in all aspects. Location is amazing, whilst it is right in the midst of everything, the hotel is a calm oasis to return to. However, it is not just the hotel and its attention to detail that makes this such a fantastic place to stay - this is nothing without the right staff to welcome you and all the members of staff are welcoming, kind and professional.
