Room quality definitely needs improvement!!
Novotel as a brand might be amazing… the food quality is excellent and proximity to airport is the only convenience it has. I had my senior citizen parents and we chose a accessible room … which I believe was a big mistake. It seems like the basic services were lacking.. and washroom was a disaster…. Having said - the dining experience was 5 star!!

It was the perfect hotel for all our needs during transit for early morning flight. It was only 10 minutes away from the airport. Very clean facility, free upgrades, many dining options. We saw a beautiful pool there although could not use it due to rainy weather. The staff was more than friendly and welcoming. They did not wait for their standard shuttle and ordered a private taxi for us to go to the airport at 5:00 am. Over all it was a perfect stay.

The standards of the establishment has gone down a lot. No customer care / service. Right from checkin till checkout everything is delayed. Have to wait 30 min to get help with luggage. I stayed at this place every time I visit India, but thinking to look for alternatives. Except location and prices nothing standing out here.
