I was a little bit set back on the size of the room, but for a room in Amsterdam, i was told it was a big room. Comfortable beds, smells all fresh. The staff are absolutely amazing, really kind, caring, and really helpful. I would stay there again for sure

We had a good time at this hotel. Staff was kind and did what they could to help customers. They had good recommendations. Only complaint would be the lack of enforcement of quiet hours they listed.

While I enjoyed that hotel is in a very old building, I wish I knew earlier there is no elevator, the steps were very narrow. The bed was very comfortable, staff were very helpful. Overall it was a nice experience.
