Belvilla by OYO Can Jurat

In the middle of the countryside, in the surroundings of Benimussa, halfway between San José and San Rafael, is this beautiful farm. Located in a quiet area, it has been restored.

The elegant lounge. Wood-beamed ceilings, tiled floors and wooden furniture all contribute to an authentic look at the finca. Old wooden doors lead to the covered terrace. In the wonderful garden there is a beautiful swimming pool. And around the pool there is a sun terrace with straw umbrellas so you can sit in the shade. In addition, you have access to a shed to sit and eat and an outdoor kitchen, where you can enjoy a good barbecue in the evenings.

Ideal for beach lovers. Less than 10 minutes' drive away you will find beaches on the south-west coast, such as Cala Conta. And, of course, you cannot miss a visit to Ibiza town, which is only 15 minutes by car from the estate. Stroll here through the narrow streets along the trendy boutiques, terraces, bars and end the day with dinner in one of the many restaurants. There is sufficient land at the property for parking

Tolle Lage, sehr ruhig (1,7 km zum nächsten Strand, aber abseits der Stadt auf einer unbefestigten Straße), schöner und sehr großer Garten rund um die Finca, komplett von einem Zaun umgeben. Unglaublich nette Besitzer, die sogar den Kühlschrank mit einem Starterpaket bestückt haben; Einfache Kontaktaufnahme per WhatsApp oder Telefon, wann immer nötig. Alle Zimmer verfügen über eine Klimaanlage. Bequeme Betten. Gut ausgestattete Küche. Das Wohnzimmer verfügt über einen großen Fernseher und einige einfache Sitzgelegenheiten, aber Sie sind nie drinnen. Der Poolbereich ist schön und sauber gehalten. Grillofen. Nächster großer Supermarkt (Eroski) 5 Minuten mit dem Auto. Sie können Ihren Hund mitbringen; Super großes Grundstück, auf dem der Hund „selbst Gassi gehen“ kann. Ein Kritikpunkt ist das WLAN, das nur im Haus Empfang hat, nicht jedoch auf der Veranda im ersten Stock und schon gar nicht im Poolbereich; Es braucht auf jeden Fall ein breiteres Netz, da normal funktionierendes 4G/5G ebenfalls nicht verfügbar ist, es sei denn, Sie befinden sich näher an der Stadt Saint Portmany.

Tolle Finca und schöner Lage

Sehr schönes aus mit wunderschönen Blumen und Pflanzen im Outdoor Bereich. Es war alles da, was benötigt wurde. Das Küchenequipment könnte etwas größer sein. Schnelle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Strandnähe mit dem Auto. Super Kommunikation mit Nathalie und ihrem Vater Pepe. Zur Begrüßung gab es u. a. einen großen Obstkorb.

Fijne villa en super zwembad

Mooi huis met veel karakteristieke eigenschappen. Niet supermodern, maar dat heeft zo zijn charme. Heel fijn zwembad. Prima verzorging en ontvangst door Pepe!

Beautiful villa with amazing swimming pool in secluded location but less than 10 mins drive to St Antonio. Good facilities eg great games room and reasonably well equipped. Access road is unpaved but is relatively short. Only downside here is the traditional nature of the building means the dining and lounge areas are a bit dark, but there's plenty of outdoor space to eat by the pool. The lounge furniture could be more comfortable too. Overall would highly recommend. The hosts are very accommodating and helpful.

Wat een fantastische week in dit prachtige huis!! Prachtig zwembad met bijkeuken aan! Volledige privacy! Ook het huis is perfect in orde! Dat extraatje zijn de super vriendelijke eigenaars! Niets is hen te veel! Bij aankomst was de frigo deels gevuld met lekkere: wijn, cava, apero, beleg! Midden in de week werden alleen handdoeken gewassen! Een service waar je het nergens anders krijgt! Zeker niet in een vakantiehuis! Top aanrader!! We zouden zeker teruggaan

We werden hartelijk ontvangen door Pepe die vanaf zijn supermarkt ons naar de finca bracht. De Finca ligt geheel vrij in een prachtige tuin. Pepe gaf ons een rondleiding door het huis, mooie kamers en badkamers met handdoeken en handzeep, alles keurig schoon en verzorgd. De keuken is goed ingericht, grote koelkast die al gevuld was met de eerste benodigdheden, de vaatwasser is klein als je met 7 personen bent. Prachtig balkon met lounge set, waar je schitterend de zonsondergang kan zien. De overkapping bij het zwembad met BBQ was erg gezellig ook daar stond nog een grote koelkast. Veel glazen, borden, pannen, bestek, zelfs een staafmixer aanwezig. Ook een prima wasmachine. Het zwembad is heerlijk met veel parasols en ligbedden, handdoeken voor zwembad en strand waren aanwezig en werden op woensdag verwisseld, we hadden begrepen dat er op woensdag ook schoongemaakt en bedden verschoond zou worden, dit is niet gebeurd. Mooie stranden vlakbij. Het was nog behoorlijk warm de eerste week van september, jammer dat er maar in 1 slaapkamer airco was, de andere slaapkamers waren erg warm, ook veel muggen. De Finca heeft wel erg veel trapjes en opstapjes, deuren zijn laag, dus niet geschikt voor minder valide mensen. We hebben een heerlijke week gehad, we waren met 5 volwassenen en 2 kinderen van 1 en 3 jaar.

Bij aankomst had de eigenaar boodschappen voor ons klaar staan. De accommodatie was zeer schoon. Bedden perfect. Omgeving mooi en alles was aanwezig. Hij is 2 x langs geweest om het zwembad schoon te maken en op woensdag werden de bedden opgemaakt en handdoeken verwisseld. Bij vertrek had jij voor de kinderen een tasje.met.chocolade en snoep. Wij voelden ons hier echt thuis!

Wij kwamen 's avonds pas aan bij de villa. We werden vriendelijk ontvangen door Pepe die ons een rondleiding gaf. Hij had zelfs al wat boodschappen voor ons gehaald!! De villa is echt fantastisch en van alle gemakken voorzien! Ruime kamers, dakterras, veranda, prive zwembad, grote tuin. De villa ligt op een paar minuutjes rijden van het centrum en het is er heerlijk rustig. Wij gaan zeker nog een keer terug naar Can Jurat!

Deze finca is nog mooier als op de foto's. Een heerlijk huis waar alles aanwezig is. De eigenaar had zelfs heel lief boodschappen gedaan omdat we laat aankwamen. De tuin is prachtig, groot en groen en met een fantastisch zwembad. Met een groep met of zonder kinderen vermaak je je in de tuin ook prima. We hebben ook veel gebruik gemaakt van de buitenkeuken, een bbq, zelfs een extra koelkast en vriezer buiten voor de drankjes. De ligging van het huis is ook perfect. Vlakbij 2 grote supermarkten en de afstanden naar de leuke stranden zijn ideaal. Halverwege de week is er heerlijk schoongemaakt en zijn de handdoeken vervangen. De eigenaars zijn ontzettend lief en behulpzaam. Wij zouden dit huis aan iedereen aanraden. Ik heb geen enkele kritische noot. Wij komen hier zeker nog een keer terug.
