The ground floor houses the open-plan living areas, which include a lounge, dining room, and a high-gloss white kitchen complete with a cooking island and top-of-the-line built-in appliances, featuring handle-less cabinets for a sleek and seamless finish. A floating staircase leads to the upper floors, where three en-suite bedrooms can be found on the first floor, with the master bedroom featuring a private terrace that offers stunning views of the bay of Talamanca and the island of Formentera. The fourth bedroom and private gym can be found on the lower ground floor.

The house rules do not allow pets, but children are allowed, smoking is not permitted, events are not allowed, and the villa is wheelchair accessible; housekeeping is included and covers cleaning Monday to Friday for 2 hours per day, with an end-of-stay clean also included, the standard check-in time is 16:00, the standard check-out time is 10:00, and a security deposit of €3,000 is required.
