"There were multiple problems with this hotel and if I could get a refund I would request it. First, upon check in the staff didnt offer guidance for what is included or not. Second, the food made us sick and we didnt eat at the included meals. Third, the staff hardly cleaned the rooms. It was disgusting. Finally, we checked out 4 days early because they charged us $100 dollars to clean 2 small bags of laundry."

"This hotel was terrible. The air conditioning broke and water poured all over the table. There were no facilities in the room (no fridge meant there was no access to water in the room). Also hardly any, sometimes no running water for a shower or even to brush your teeth comfortably. Bedding was very poor quality and not even a table on the balcony. The staff were friendly and approachable but were unable to help with such poor facilities."

"Dining facilities were atrocious. Very limited food choice with flies, insects flying about all over the food and dining area. Adults only pool was big with plenty of beds, but the staff allowed children to play in the pool and only moved them on when complaints were raised. Room was spacious and the cleaning staff were in every day. Our maid was excellent, leaving clean towels etc. This was the only good thing about the Hotel I'm afraid, Would not recommend and definitely will not be back! The...
