"Loved this"

"We booked this hotel because it has parking out the front of the building, but it is on a first come first Parking. However, I was disappointed to see someone had parked in the disabled bay without a disabled badge on display therefore I was unable to use the bay with my badge. I was most upset. The hotel had no plans in place or initiative to find out who had parked their car in that bay whether it was a hotel guest or as they said, it could be someone off the street. I was disappointed a hotel would allow this to happen they said this often happens on a regular basis. But everything elsewas superb."

"I loved that my dog got a welcome doggie goody bag on check-in and she could eat breakfast with us. Very clean, modern and lots of choice for breakfast. Will definitely stay again. We stayed the night before as we caught the channel tunnel the following morning which was convenient."

"If it weren't for the staff, this would be a typical run-of-the-mill conference hotel. However, the staff are outstanding - I stay in hotels at least twice a week, and the reception experience from Steve was the best and friendliest I've ever had. Throughout the rest of my day, from breakfast, through to the events team I noticed such care and passion from the team, with many people pro-actively spotting when guests needed help or guidance. Really world-class service, thank you. "
