Voltaria, mas com expectativas ajustadas

Passei um final de semana com mais duas pessoas para comemorar meu aniversário. A experiência no local foi, no geral, muito boa, principalmente pela energia tranquila e o contato com a natureza. O ambiente é ideal para quem busca paz, bons drinks e descanso. O atendimento na recepção foi acolhedor, especialmente pelo dono da pousada, que foi muito simpático e prestativo. Esse cuidado fez diferença na nossa estadia. Por outro lado, a gerente foi um pouco ríspida em algumas interações, principalmente no WhatsApp e ao falar sobre mimos para aniversariantes. Antes da reserva, perguntei se havia algo especial e a resposta foi seca, dizendo que não. Depois, soube que havia sim, mas não recebi nada. Também senti falta de lixeiras no quarto e nas áreas comuns, como café e piscina. Houve ainda confusão com um vinho deixado no quarto. Após a reserva, a pousada divulgou que seria um mimo para hóspedes com diárias, mas ao perguntar na recepção, informaram que era cobrado, com valor diferente do divulgado. Apesar desses pontos, gostei bastante da pousada e voltaria outras vezes. Com pequenos ajustes no atendimento, a experiência pode ser ainda melhor.
