"Stuff at the hotel is very friendly and really trying to help! I had a stomach pain, and they remembered coming to check on me, and sending me gingers(I requested) etc. Also love their breakfast buffet, lots of good options! The location's great too, it's not in the old town, so not that noisy. Only takes 20 mins to get to the main plaza, safe & walkable. "

"The location was convenient, just a short walk down to the main plaza. It was very easy to catch an Uber from the hotel, taking only 1-3 minutes on average. The hotel was clean, and had some nice extras such as coca tea and oxygen in the lobby to help with altitude sickness, as well as a filtered water machine for refilling your water bottle. The staff was all very friendly. The downsides, our room on the second floor was near the front desk which was quite noisy at night, not quieting down...
