"Everything was great except: For some reason charge you a deposit of 100€ which will eventually going back to you after one week! And the other thing was that minibar was completely empty and on checkout they ask you : Did you use anything from mini bar? When I asked them why is that : they explained to me that mini bar is ready for using only in the floor above 7th !!! Very odd explanation! But in BG you can expect everything! "

"The reservation desk was very prompt with all their communication and arranged self check in. The property is very well maintained with a lot of free high quality snacks for guests.
