"The staff are all really nice and accommodating, they really do try to go above and beyond to make everything a smooth experience. I didn’t know a thing of Japanese but they’re all super patient and understanding. The rooms are also very clean and organized as well at the hotel itself. Definitely recommend staying here, especially because hon-Atsugi station is about a 5 min walk and there’s a ton of restaurants and even a shopping mall by the station. "

Very Nice Stay

"Very nice, clean modern hotel, close to the airport. I like that it was very quiet and close to both train and monorail. I had the river view room. Was unsure about the view at first but the next day I got a good look and it was nice. Saw a silhouette of Mt Fuji in the distance. Airport shuttle is ONLY available FROM the hotel to airport between 4am-11:05am. All the staff were very accommodating, super friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you."

" Location is ideal - right off train station, next to harbor (for those taking a cruise), near major attractions, restaurants, and shopping. It is also very safe and quiet, even at all hours of the day and night. We would definitely stay there again!!"
