"We were a group of 7 and rented all 4 rooms in the building. We loved the private, remote location and the outdoor areas - such as the covered seating area next to the grill and games on the lawn! The pool is huge and especially deep! Claudia takes great care of it (we could not find the special sun tan cream that she recommended - for some reason our normal sun tan lotions caused white swimming costumes to go yellow in places). Thankfully I read a review about the mosquitoes so we came well...

"This is a beautiful hotel with beautiful views and a great location. The owner and staff are wonderful and accommodating. We arrived in the heat of August and our first room would not cool down. The owner moved us to another room with a better air conditioner fairly quickly and was so kind. Breakfast was wonderful - one of the best we had in Italy! "Castelfalfi is a tucked away paradise in Tuscany. I was genuinely wowed from the moment I stepped in the lobby. Besides the beautiful views and the amazing rooms, one of the best parts was the service. Every single staff member went above and beyond to make me feel welcomed, at home, and fully taken care of. The little details and surprises every day were amazing. Thank you Benjamin for upholding the perfection of hospitality! I would also like to call out the restaurant thats right in the hotel. Every dinner was spectacular. The specials each night were to die for!! I am normally not a big hotel breakfast girl but everything was amazing each morning and they remembered all of my preferences after day one. I recommend doing the wine tour early in your stay so you can try all of their wines made on property, pick your favs, and order them throughout your stay. Lastly the spa is beautiful and the massages are so professional and well done! "
