"On our arrival date, the owner told us that they have misread our arrival date and thought we would arrive one day later, the property was over booked, so they led us to the next property, Sunset Villa, that property Sunset Villa was a downgrade from Blue Lagoon Villa which we have originally booked on. After half an hour lying on the big bed, I had 9 bug bites all over my body, on my arms, my legs and my back, could not sleep, so I had to switch to the smaller bed. We would not recommend this...

"The property is stunning. However, more training is needed for the staff. Ordered food from one of the pool bars and after an hour, my food never arrived. The remote in my room didnt work, i requested service, it never came. I asked for menus to the restaurants to determine where to go for dinner and no one could get this information for me. Only complaint was allowing weekend day trips by local groups of men, who were loud and allowed to drink beer in the main swimming pool while families and kids were trying to swim, no one from the hotel challenged their behaviour and it felt intimidating. "THIS WAS AMAZING!!! The peacefulness of the area. The outside shower was so good. Also, there are so many animals around that you can feed. I loved the deers, boars, monkeys, swans, variety of birds and so much more! The Bubble was amazing at night and it was so eco friendly! I loved it! Only thing it was a bit cold at night so bring warm clothes. But otherwise the Tea was soo good the food especially the vanilla dish. ALL AROUND BEST money spent!"
